Cleaning Services
Initial Deep Clean
Every home will receive an initial deep clean. This involves surface cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting all surfaces, window cleaning and baseboards. This process is for the entire home up to 3 bedroom 3 bath. Extra rooms will be $25 per room.

We provide several options to maintain a clean home.
- Weekly- $100
- Biweekly-$150
- Monthly-$200
*maximum 3 bedroom 3 bath. $25 extra per room.
Extra Services
We offer the following services separate from our cleaning service.
- Laundry wash, dry and fold- $15 per load
- Refrigerator -$25
- Stove-$25
- Garage-$25 hour
Decluttering Solutions
Focusing on your goals, we provide decluttering services that organize your space and let you responsibly part with items. Choose to donate goods or sell valuables to recoup funds, making decluttering fulfilling.

Recognizing every home is unique, our experts develop customized setups optimizing storage, reducing clutter, and increasing functionality, balancing aesthetics and practicality for welcoming, easy-to-maintain spaces.
Declutter and Organize Your Home
Decutter and Organize
Our declutter and organization services are created from your vision. It can be as little or as big of a process as you like.
$25 per hour
Donation of Decluttered Items
We will take care of those decluttered items by arranging for them to be taken to the nearest donation center. This process includes packing, labeling and transporting items.
$30 per hour
Declutter Sale
If you choose to sale decluttered items we will organize a neighborhood type garage sale, this includes labeling and pricing items, advertisng the declutter sale, event set up and holding a 2 hour declutter sale. Any items not sold will be donated. Stillpoint will take care of hauling these items for you
40% of Income from sale
